• i'm not into raw diet, but since here is hot as hell, i don't wanna cook lol. it's kid friendly! my kids' neighbors like it so much.
    • 2 + 1/2 large tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
    • 2 large carrots
    • 2 cups kale (massaged)
    • 2 dates
    • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1/2 italian chili (avoid for kids)
    • 1/4 tropea onion (italian red onion)
    • 2 chili powder (avoid for kids)
    • 2 tbsp cumin
    • salt
  • method
    • in a blender add 2 tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, salt, dates, cumin and chili powder - blend
    • shred the carrots as you like + chop the onions, bell pepper, tomato, avocado and chili
    • add the blended tomato to the kale, and then add the other ingredients
    • enjoy with crackers or bread, if you have handy add some beans or cold cooked pasta like bow tie, mac, fusilli etc... do as you like lol
