- not authentic cause it's vegan (no dairy), but to keep it simple i didn't list the amount:
- it depends on our mood how to enjoy (more salty, more sweet, more tangy, less veggies, more spices...) so use it as a guide
- i hate dill, so it's a no no for me
- garlic
- lemon, juiced / vinegar
- mint
- olive oil
- salt
- soy yogurt - unsweetened
- it's actually very good, i use it as a spread to flour tortillas before adding the lettuce, so it sticks to the tortilla (no cucumber cause i add it separately
- if you want to experiment, you could achieve a tangy sauce even with cashews or silken tofu, but soy yogurt works fine
- i love oat yogurt, try even with it!
