- aka my favourite sauce, no exact measurments, the tips:
- 1 spoonful of gochujang paste
- soy sauce for extra savouriness
- any vinegar for tanginess (acv, white, rice, etc...)
- garlic and chili mixed powder for extra flavour
- tabasco drops for extra spiciness
- if you wanna be fancy: grated ginger and raw garlic
- for sweeten the sauce, any syrup or 0 calorie drops
- every time i use different measurments, and it's always a bomb; i use for dipping my raw veggies (cucumbers, peppers, carrots, lettuce, celery etc...) or like a sauce for my noodles, tofu or any other plant based protein
