- ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 cup soy milk - or other plant based milk
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 2 tbsp lemon juice - or other citrus juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onions (the kind you can eat raw)
- salt
- veggies for dipping

- never heard of pesto? well, make it like that! use a blender in order to make a creamier dip + soak the cashews for better digestion
- you can use for dipping veggies (my fav) or some crackers, maybe as a spread for toast or even a pasta sauce! just, don't cook it, add some oil and enjoy with some cold fusilli, spaghetti, etc...
