• what you need:
    • 1/3 cup chickpeas - or any white bean
    • 1/3 cup plain soy yogurt
    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • in a mixer:
    • cream together the beans, yogurt, garlic powder and lemon juice
    • ↳ some big chunks or a really smooth paste are both ok
  • if you want you can add salt, i like it kind of natural sweet? eat it with sliced carrots, cucumber, bell pepper... or spread it on toasts, bread, etc ♡
