- what you need:
- 1/3 cup chickpeas - or any white bean
- 1/3 cup plain soy yogurt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- in a mixer:
- cream together the beans, yogurt, garlic powder and lemon juice
- ↳ some big chunks or a really smooth paste are both ok
- ⊱ if you want you can add salt, i like it kind of natural sweet? eat it with sliced carrots, cucumber, bell pepper... or spread it on toasts, bread, etc ♡
