- ingredients
- 2 potatoes - cut in wedges
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp mixed dried herbs
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper (pink is sooooo good)
- a pinch of nooch
- method
- coat the wedges in oil and spices
- bake in the air fryer at 200° for 20-25'
- done! ^^
- ↝ serve it with some protein, like seitan or tofu or crispy beans
