• ingredients
    • 2 potatoes - cut in wedges
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/2 tbsp mixed dried herbs
    • a pinch of salt
    • a pinch of pepper (pink is sooooo good)
    • a pinch of nooch
  • method
    • coat the wedges in oil and spices
    • bake in the air fryer at 200° for 20-25'
    • done! ^^
  • serve it with some protein, like seitan or tofu or crispy beans
