• tempeh marinade
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp syrup
    • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
    • 2 tsp rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
    • juice of 1/2 a lime
    • dash of garlic powder
  • base
    • 1 cup broccoli florets
    • 100 g of tempeh, sliced in strips
  • toppings
    • 1/2 avocado, sliced
    • handful sprouts
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • method
    • let the tempeh marinade overnight
    • you can eat like this or pan fry it - or bake it
    • it's done! steamed broccoli & tempeh strips is a nice combo
  • for a filler meal, just add 1/3 cup cooked quinoa or any other grain
