- tempeh marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- dash of garlic powder
- base
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 100 g of tempeh, sliced in strips
- toppings
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- handful sprouts
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- method
- let the tempeh marinade overnight
- you can eat like this or pan fry it - or bake it
- it's done! steamed broccoli & tempeh strips is a nice combo
- ↝ for a filler meal, just add 1/3 cup cooked quinoa or any other grain
