- 24 mushroom heads
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 60 g margarine - or diary free butter
- tabasco
- vegan worcestershire sauce
- gin
- parsley
- method
- put in the oven the mushrooms with a dash of salt at 200° for 5'
- chop both garlic and parsley
- mix the margarine at room temperature with the chopped garlic, 8 spoons of the water that leaked from the mushroom in the oven, the parsley, some tabasco (5 drops for me), some worcestershire sauce and 2 spoons of gin
- put the mushroom in the oven with a spoonful of the buttery spread on the heads and cook them in the oven for 3'
- enjoy warm!
