    • 24 mushroom heads
    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 60 g margarine - or diary free butter
    • tabasco
    • vegan worcestershire sauce
    • gin
    • parsley
  • method
    • put in the oven the mushrooms with a dash of salt at 200° for 5'
    • chop both garlic and parsley
    • mix the margarine at room temperature with the chopped garlic, 8 spoons of the water that leaked from the mushroom in the oven, the parsley, some tabasco (5 drops for me), some worcestershire sauce and 2 spoons of gin
    • put the mushroom in the oven with a spoonful of the buttery spread on the heads and cook them in the oven for 3'
    • enjoy warm!
  • if the butterly mix is too liquidy, add some breadcrubs
