- ingredients
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- salt & pepper
- method
- combine tahini, water, lemon juice and garlic
- halve the avocado and sprinkle over some salt and pepper
- drizzle the sauce over the avocado and add the hemp seeds
- ↝ kind of simple? but it's nice having lazier meals on lazy days
