• ingredients
    • 1 medium avocado
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
    • salt & pepper
  • method
    • combine tahini, water, lemon juice and garlic
    • halve the avocado and sprinkle over some salt and pepper
    • drizzle the sauce over the avocado and add the hemp seeds
  • kind of simple? but it's nice having lazier meals on lazy days
