- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- it's like a cereal bowl without cereal, and it's nice biting milky nuts when the weather is warmer
