• bought a a sh!t-ton of frozen edamame and made a sh!t-ton of labneh, let's snack:
    • 300 g of edamame, frozen and then defrosted
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 4 mint leaves
    • a pinch of oregano
    • a pinch of rosemary
    • a pinch of chili flakes
    • lemon zest
    • salt to taste
  • for the sauce
    • 2 tbsp of unsweetened labneh
    • a few drops of lemon juice
    • lemon zest
  • method
    • lightly pan-fry the edamame with garlic, season with salt
    • when fragrant, add them to a bowl with mint, rosemary, oregano, chili and lemon zest
    • enjoy with the sauce as a dip or poured directly over the edamame! ♡
