- bought a a sh!t-ton of frozen edamame and made a sh!t-ton of labneh, let's snack:
- 300 g of edamame, frozen and then defrosted
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 mint leaves
- a pinch of oregano
- a pinch of rosemary
- a pinch of chili flakes
- lemon zest
- salt to taste
- for the sauce
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened labneh
- a few drops of lemon juice
- lemon zest
- method
- lightly pan-fry the edamame with garlic, season with salt
- when fragrant, add them to a bowl with mint, rosemary, oregano, chili and lemon zest
- enjoy with the sauce as a dip or poured directly over the edamame! ♡
