    • 130 g oat flour
    • 45 g chickpea flour
    • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 2 tbsp oregano
    • 4 tbsp water
    • 4 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1 tbsp onion flakes
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • salt
    • black pepper
  • method
    • in a bowl mix together all the ingredients until a dough forms
    • roll the mixture evenly on a surface
    • cut them into rectangular shapes and place them on a lined baking tray
    • bake in the oven for 15'/20' at 180°
