- 130 g oat flour
- 45 g chickpea flour
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- method
- in a bowl mix together all the ingredients until a dough forms
- roll the mixture evenly on a surface
- cut them into rectangular shapes and place them on a lined baking tray
- bake in the oven for 15'/20' at 180°
