- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- handful pumpkin seeds
- salt
- pepper
- method
- place oats in a food processor and blend into a flour
- add remaining ingredients and blend until a thick dough forms
- roll the mixture evenly on a surface
- cut out 8 oatcakes and place them on a lined baking tray
- bake in the oven for 15' at 180°
- ↝ the cakes can be used as a dip, the amount is made so you can finish the cakes in about 2-3 days - if you are selfish to not share to anyone!
