    • 1 cup oats
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • handful pumpkin seeds
    • salt
    • pepper
  • method
    • place oats in a food processor and blend into a flour
    • add remaining ingredients and blend until a thick dough forms
    • roll the mixture evenly on a surface
    • cut out 8 oatcakes and place them on a lined baking tray
    • bake in the oven for 15' at 180°
  • the cakes can be used as a dip, the amount is made so you can finish the cakes in about 2-3 days - if you are selfish to not share to anyone!
