• ingredients
    • 300 g of jarred olives, pits removed
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 4 mint leaves
    • a pinch of oregano
    • a pinch of rosemary
    • a pinch of chili flakes
    • salt to taste
  • for the sauce
    • 1 tbsp of unsweetened soy yogurt
    • a few drops of lemon juice
    • some chopped chives
  • method
    • rinse the olives and gently mash them in a bowl
    • chop the garlic, mint, rosemary for better texture and add to a bowl with oregano and chili
    • mix the the olives and sprinkle some salt for flavour
  • enjoy with the sauce as a dip or poured directly over the olives! ♡
