• ingredients
    • 1 cup oat
    • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1 cup fresh spinach
    • 1/4 cup water
  • method
    • place oats in a food processor and blend into a flour, set aside
    • place the spinach in a food processor with water and blend
    • add the spinach mixture to the remaining dry ingredients and combine
    • roll the mixture evenly on a surface
    • cut out 8 oatcakes and place them on a lined baking tray
    • bake in the oven for 10' at 180°
  • the cakes can be stored in a container for 2-3 days - the spinach makes them slightly soft
