- ingredients
      
        - 1 cup oat 
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
- salt 
- pepper 
- 1 cup fresh spinach 
- 1/4 cup water 
 
- method
      
        - place oats in a food processor and blend into a flour, set aside 
- place the spinach in a food processor with water and blend 
- add the spinach mixture to the remaining dry ingredients and combine 
- roll the mixture evenly on a surface 
- cut out 8 oatcakes and place them on a lined baking tray 
- bake in the oven for 10' at 180° 
 
- ↝ the cakes can be stored in a container for 2-3 days - the spinach makes them slightly soft
