- ingredients
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp dairy free butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cooking:
- bring to a boil the syrup, coconut cream, butter, coconut sugar, and salt to a saucepan
- reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15'
- reduce heat to low & then stir continuously for 3'
- storage:
- remove saucepan from heat & stir in the vanilla
- pour caramel in a jar and allow it to cool
- ↳ as it sets, it will thicken
- ↝ this sauce is nice for brekkie or even for stuff cakes or glaze muffins... or dipping some mantou or garaetteok...
