• ingredients
    • 700g green beans
    • 200g tomatoes, cut in half
    • 50g plums, cut in quarters - prugna agostana
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
    • dairy free butter
    • 2 cloves of garlic
  • honey vinaigrette
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp minced red onion
    • salt
    • black pepper
  • method
    • boil the green beans for 10' until tender
    • fry the garlic in some butter, add the green beans to get flavours
    • toss in the quartered plums so they will caramelise and sweeten the beans
    • season with salt and pepper
    • add tomatoes and pumpkin seeds
    • add the dressing to season, enjoy!
  • to achieve a complete meal, just include some cooked legumes or tofu
