- it has a good amount of fiber - so, if you feed a kid, be sure they'll drink extra water
- soy / oat / almond nonfat yogurt
- sliced peach, raw or grilled
- plain granola
- ↣ it could be a healthy brekkie with additional good fats, like tahini, nuts, seeds, etc...
