just ideas. I'm not sure if I want/need/can go this strict right now. and I will be a lot more in control when I'm the only one who's doing the shopping.
- no soda, not even diet
- no artificial sweeteners/no sugar?
- fruit, vegetable, protein at every meal
- no meat? or maybe just no red meat, no processed meat
- only whole grains/no white stuff
- no fast food
- eat more bananas
- don't have sweets or junk food in the house. if it's there, I'll eat it. if I need a treat, get a single serving.
- use coupons/buy less - I can get better stuff that way without spending a ton
- recognize when you are full - don't eat more because you think you should, or because it's there.
- always get a salad when it's there!
