- write in my journal consistently again
- spend a lot less time on the internet
- eat less (that sounds bad. but I am an emotional eater, and I also eat when I'm bored. so I would like to not do that)
- always be reading a book
- talk mooooore
- let things go/stop stressing about stupid things!
- stop gossiping
- spend money on experiences, not material things
