• write in my journal consistently again
  • spend a lot less time on the internet
  • eat less (that sounds bad. but I am an emotional eater, and I also eat when I'm bored. so I would like to not do that)
  • always be reading a book
  • talk mooooore
  • let things go/stop stressing about stupid things!
  • stop gossiping
  • spend money on experiences, not material things
