• 1 cup cooked chickpeas
    • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quarters
    • 1/4 cucumber, chopped
    • 1 whole wheat pita, halved
    • 1/4 cup tzatziki
  • in a bowl combine chickpeas, tomatoes and cucumber, mix with the vegan tzatziki
  • assemble the pita: stuff the pocket with the salad
