- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quarters
- 1/4 cucumber, chopped
- 1 whole wheat pita, halved
- 1/4 cup tzatziki
- ▸ in a bowl combine chickpeas, tomatoes and cucumber, mix with the vegan tzatziki
- assemble the pita: stuff the pocket with the salad
