- 2 bread slices
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 banana, coined
- caramel sauce
- optional: splash of rum, vanilla ice cream!
- heat the coconut milk in a saucepan, as soon as small bubbles start to form on top, pour coconut it over chopped chocolate and wait 5', use a spatula to stir chocolate and milk together to form a thick ganache
- spread butter on one side of one piece of bread and grill on a skillet, then add a giant spoonful of ganache onto the other side of that bread, place the banana coins, and top it with the other piece of bread
- cook sandwich on both sides until golden brown
- serve alongside caramel sauce, and some vanilla ice cream as well
