- 1 tin black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 dates, chopped
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 chia egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- salt
- handful chopped walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, any nut
- chocolate chips
- pre-heat oven to 180°
- blend the beans until smooth, add in remaining ingredients with 3 tbsp water - lastly, add nuts and chocolate chips and fold with a spoon
- fill a loaf tin with the mix, bake for 25-35'
