• 1 tin black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1/2 cup oat flour
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 6 dates, chopped
    • 4 tbsp cacao powder
    • 1 chia egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • salt
    • handful chopped walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, any nut
    • chocolate chips
  • pre-heat oven to 180°
  • blend the beans until smooth, add in remaining ingredients with 3 tbsp water - lastly, add nuts and chocolate chips and fold with a spoon
  • fill a loaf tin with the mix, bake for 25-35'
