- raw brownie
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dehydrated hazelnuts
- 2 + 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- choc raspberry topping
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- 6 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 4 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- blitz the nuts until coarse, add cacao powder, salt, dates and blitz until dense and sticky
- press this ^ mixture in a prepared pan with parchment
- mix all the topping ingredients and gentle fold the raspberries
- pour over the raw brownie and smooth the surface
- freeze for about 4 hours, slice and serve
