    • 2 cups hazelnut meal
    • 1 cup pitted dates
    • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
    • 1/4 cup cacao powder
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil

    • 1 cup soaked cashwes
    • 1 cup cacao butter
    • 1 cup cacao powder
    • 1 cup syrup
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries (thawed)
    • vanilla
    • almond milk (for blending if needed)

  • method
    • for the base: in a food processor add the ingredients and blend until it's sticky
    • press the dough in a cake tin and set aside
    • for the filling: melt the cocoa butter and add the remaining ingredients ina blender, blend until smooth, add the cocoa butter last so it won't solidify
    • pour the filling over the base and refrigerate until cooled
    • top with some chocolate and strawberries, yum yum
