- 2 cups hazelnut meal
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- filling
- 1 cup soaked cashwes
- 1 cup cacao butter
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup syrup
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (thawed)
- vanilla
- almond milk (for blending if needed)
- topping
- method
- for the base: in a food processor add the ingredients and blend until it's sticky
- press the dough in a cake tin and set aside
- for the filling: melt the cocoa butter and add the remaining ingredients ina blender, blend until smooth, add the cocoa butter last so it won't solidify
- pour the filling over the base and refrigerate until cooled
- top with some chocolate and strawberries, yum yum
