- 1 cup hazelnut meal
- 3 cups almond meal
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- salt

- filling
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 300g silken tofu
- syrup
- 1 tbsp nooch
- vanilla
- 1/4 cup choc hazelnut spread
- 2 tbsp non dairy milk
- method
- for the crust: mix all the ingredients, you'll achieve a sticky dough, press it into a greased cake pan
- for the filling: blend all the ingredients togheter and you'll achieve a creamy pudding, pour it over the crust
- bake in the oven at 180° for 30 mins
