    • 1 cup hazelnut meal
    • 3 cups almond meal
    • 4 tbsp coconut oil
    • salt
    • syrup
  • filling
    • 1 cup soaked cashews
    • 300g silken tofu
    • syrup
    • 1 tbsp nooch
    • vanilla
    • 1/4 cup choc hazelnut spread
    • 2 tbsp non dairy milk
  • method
    • for the crust: mix all the ingredients, you'll achieve a sticky dough, press it into a greased cake pan
    • for the filling: blend all the ingredients togheter and you'll achieve a creamy pudding, pour it over the crust
    • bake in the oven at 180° for 30 mins
