- in a food processor
- 1 can drained & rinsed chickpeas
- 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/4 cup blanched almond meal
- 2 tbsp syurp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- salt
- process until you achieve a cookie dough consistency
- fold in the chocolate chips
- place in a squared pan, spread and top with a layer of melted dark chocolate
- let it harden and cut into bars
