• in a food processor
    • 1 can drained & rinsed chickpeas
    • 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
    • 1/4 cup blanched almond meal
    • 2 tbsp syurp
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • salt
  • process until you achieve a cookie dough consistency
  • fold in the chocolate chips
  • place in a squared pan, spread and top with a layer of melted dark chocolate
  • let it harden and cut into bars
