- 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- vanilla
- 1 tsp choc hazelnut spread for each cookie
- mix the ingredients until a cookie dough it's formed
- make a cookie shape and press the thumb in the center to make a hole
- bake at 170° for 10-15 mins
- let the cookies cool and then fill the center with the chocolate spread, yum yum
