• 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
    • 1/3 cup cacao powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 cup coconut sugar
    • 1 cup hazelnut butter
    • 1/4 cup water
    • vanilla
    • 1 tsp choc hazelnut spread for each cookie
  • mix the ingredients until a cookie dough it's formed
  • make a cookie shape and press the thumb in the center to make a hole
  • bake at 170° for 10-15 mins
  • let the cookies cool and then fill the center with the chocolate spread, yum yum
