- 1 cup choc hazelnut spread
- 1 + 1/4 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 3 tbsp syrup
- 1 lemon, juiced
- vanilla
- 1 tsp espresso powder
- pinch of salt
- scoop in every jar a bit of choc hazelnut spread
- for the mousse: blend all the remaining ingredients until creamy and fluffy
- top with chopped nuts or chocolate chips
