• 1 cup choc hazelnut spread
    • 1 + 1/4 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
    • 1/2 cup coconut cream
    • 3 tbsp syrup
    • 1 lemon, juiced
    • vanilla
    • 1 tsp espresso powder
    • pinch of salt
  • scoop in every jar a bit of choc hazelnut spread
  • for the mousse: blend all the remaining ingredients until creamy and fluffy
  • top with chopped nuts or chocolate chips
