- for the milk tea
- making
- combine the water and tea leaves in a small saucepan over medium heat, bring to a low boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes
- remove from the heat, stir in the sweetened condensed milk to taste
- bring back to a boil, simmer for 3 more minutes
- drain tea and condensed milk - hot or cold, it's okay both
- for the coffee and tea
- 1 cup bolivian drip coffee
- 1 cup milk tea
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice
