- 1 cucumber, peeled into strips
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 carrot, sliced into small sticks
- 1/4 avocado, cubed

- method
- roll the cucumber strips and fill with cooked rice
- stuff the carrots and avocado into the centre of each roll and sprinkle over sesame seeds
- serve with wasabi, tamari and sriracha for dipping
