• ingredients
    • 1 cucumber, peeled into strips
    • 1/3 cup cooked rice
    • 1/2 carrot, sliced into small sticks
    • 1/4 avocado, cubed
  • toppings
    • sesame seeds
  • dipping
    • wasabi
    • tamari
    • sriracha
  • method
    • roll the cucumber strips and fill with cooked rice
    • stuff the carrots and avocado into the centre of each roll and sprinkle over sesame seeds
    • serve with wasabi, tamari and sriracha for dipping
  • for a filling dish, try some rolls with my chickpea "tuna"
