- ingredients
- 4 tbsp vegan mayo
- 4 tbsp low fat mayo
- 1 small pickled cucumber
- 1 small shallot
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 tsp mustard
- a squeeze of lemon
- salt and pepper
- method
- dice the pickled cucumber and the capers very finely
- grate the shallot, if it leeks some juice, keep it in the final product
- stir together all the ingredients
- ↝ salt and pepper may vary as you like, i like less salty and more peppery, it depends on what thing i dip into it
