• ingredients
    • 4 tbsp vegan mayo
      • or
    • 4 tbsp low fat mayo
    • 1 small pickled cucumber
    • 1 small shallot
    • 1 tbsp capers
    • 2 tsp mustard
    • a squeeze of lemon
    • salt and pepper
  • method
    • dice the pickled cucumber and the capers very finely
    • grate the shallot, if it leeks some juice, keep it in the final product
    • stir together all the ingredients
  • salt and pepper may vary as you like, i like less salty and more peppery, it depends on what thing i dip into it
