- ingredients
- 1 broccoli, steamed
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 chia egg
- salt
- pepper
- method
- season the flour with onion flakes, garlic powder, nooch, salt & pepper
- coat the broccoli in it, then drench into the chia egg and again into the flour mix
- bake them in a air fryer until crispy - or oven, or deep fry, whatever
- ↝ made it for the kids and they love it!
