• ingredients
    • 1 broccoli, steamed
    • 1 cup oat flour
    • 2 tbsp onion flakes
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
    • 1 chia egg
    • salt
    • pepper
  • method
    • season the flour with onion flakes, garlic powder, nooch, salt & pepper
    • coat the broccoli in it, then drench into the chia egg and again into the flour mix
    • bake them in a air fryer until crispy - or oven, or deep fry, whatever
  • made it for the kids and they love it!
