    • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
    • 1 cup carrots, shredded or julienned
  • dressing
    • 2/3 cup vegan mayo
    • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
    • 2 tbsp acv
    • 1 tbsp cane sugar
    • 1/2 tsp celery seed powder
    • salt
    • pepper
  • it's not part of my culture, but the time i tried it, they served it on top of veggie hot dogs and it was so good!
    • i love it even on spring rolls with tofu & over asian inspired vegan fried chick'n sandwich
