  • shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta
  • put on clean, comfortable clothes
  • put on ur favorite underwear
  • drink cold fruit juice and use some extra ice and mint on it
  • organize something, your notes, your closet, your desk, spotify playlists
  • listen to Maria Rita on loop
  • write something, anything, make lists
  • watch some 90s tv show
  • have some social interaction with another person. even if you don’t say much, listen to them
  • try and think of the nicest thing someone has said about you, or that you have said about yourself - that wonderful thing is true‬
  • stop reading about depression on tumblr!!
  • light an incense and dance around your room
  • search for something u enjoy and write down what u have learned
  • do/look for analyzes and interpretations of songs, poems etc
  • go for a walk. draw or list things you find interesting on the the sidewalk
  • buy stationery items (new pens, stickers)
  • buy something yellow
  • fill an entire page in your journal with drawings
  • list the smells you like
