    - shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta 
- put on clean, comfortable clothes 
- put on ur favorite underwear 
- drink cold fruit juice and use some extra ice and mint on it 
- organize something, your notes, your closet, your desk, spotify playlists 
- listen to Maria Rita on loop 
- write something, anything, make lists 
- watch some 90s tv show 
- have some social interaction with another person. even if you don’t say much, listen to them 
- try and think of the nicest thing someone has said about you, or that you have said about yourself - that wonderful thing is true 
- stop reading about depression on tumblr!! 
- light an incense and dance around your room 
- search for something u enjoy and write down what u have learned 
- do/look for analyzes and interpretations of songs, poems etc 
- go for a walk. draw or list things you find interesting on the the sidewalk 
- buy stationery items (new pens, stickers) 
- buy something yellow 
- fill an entire page in your journal with drawings 
- list the smells you like
