- classes start jan 9; jan 13 after class go to york tech $64.50 cash/ card for n95 mask fit test
- form before fit test-- it will take a long time may ~8 pm at night
- ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GO
- KEEP YOUR MASKS we need them for at least 4 rotations
- we will wear 2 surgical masks to maintain integrity
- books
- books need to be purchased for spring, summer & ADN program
