    • still early in the month BUT this water bottle is making me drink so much! i think i have an oral fixation for real i love my little straw cap for this yeti

    • well i can run 2 miles in a row without stopping ! so that is good !! but it's not easy YET

    • DID NOT weigh everyday. or at all really but i think it is healthy
  • keep up with your $$$. remember the $27/ day thing

  • do at least one exercise a night. like 30 squats, crunches, lunges, russian twists, a plank...
  • live like you are the main character in your life !!!! stop letting what you think others want you to do control you!!! i know this is a big goal but. just a step toward this would be great.
