- 6a- run
- 7a- yoga routine/ ab routine
- 7:20a- shower, get ready
- 7:50a- leave house
- 9-12p- class
- 1p- arrive home, study until 4:30p
- 5p- go for a walk, preferably with someone
- 6:15p- cook/ eateat
- 7p-brush teeth, no more eating
- 10p- skincare, meditate 20 minutes (either sitting, reading, embroidery, crocheting...)
- 10:30p-bedtime
tuesday
- 6:30a- wake up
- 6:50a- drive to meet Sav
- 8a- yoga routine/ ab workout
- 8:20a- get ready, shower
- 9a- go to knowledge perk/ wherever to study
- noon- go home
- 5 p- go for a walk
- 9:30p- bedtime!! early day tmrw
wednesday
- 6:45a-2p- clinical
- 2p- study
- 5p- walk
- 6p- brush teeth
- 10p- skincare, meditate 20 mins
- 10:30p- bedtime
