  • 5:30a- wake up, drive to meet Sav
  • 6a- run
  • 7a- yoga routine/ ab routine
  • 7:20a- shower, get ready
  • 7:50a- leave house
  • 9-12p- class
  • 1p- arrive home, study until 4:30p
  • 5p- go for a walk, preferably with someone
  • 6:15p- cook/ eateat
  • 7p-brush teeth, no more eating
  • 10p- skincare, meditate 20 minutes (either sitting, reading, embroidery, crocheting...)
  • 10:30p-bedtime

tuesday

  • 6:30a- wake up
  • 6:50a- drive to meet Sav
  • 8a- yoga routine/ ab workout
  • 8:20a- get ready, shower
  • 9a- go to knowledge perk/ wherever to study
  • noon- go home
  • 5 p- go for a walk
  • 9:30p- bedtime!! early day tmrw

wednesday

  • 6:45a-2p- clinical
  • 2p- study
  • 5p- walk
  • 6p- brush teeth
  • 10p- skincare, meditate 20 mins
  • 10:30p- bedtime
