- prioritize books and other media that excite you and you plan to enjoy!
- give them your full focus when consuming, no scrolling or too much multitasking (audiobooks don't count obviously)
- walk at least 5k steps every day, though the goal is 10k
- be more receptive to loved ones
- to parallel the consumption, create more!
- it can be anything! tiktoks, writing in a diary, art, playing with makeup, diy
- i want to get rid of idle, sad time i use for napping and starting at my phone
