• consume more, and with purpose
    • prioritize books and other media that excite you and you plan to enjoy!
    • give them your full focus when consuming, no scrolling or too much multitasking (audiobooks don't count obviously)
  • walk at least 5k steps every day, though the goal is 10k
  • be more receptive to loved ones
  • to parallel the consumption, create more!
    • it can be anything! tiktoks, writing in a diary, art, playing with makeup, diy
    • i want to get rid of idle, sad time i use for napping and starting at my phone

end of year note: i consumed......but not in a way im happy with. definitely too much phone time at lots of points. read 16 books, and watched some cool movies for sure. went to LOTS of concerts! didn't really create at all. :( walking also really didn't happen, my average steps were 4,122. bad year for my goals. but i had a LOT of change and a lot of fun.
