  • the world is a cruel place
  • seriously, it's fucked up
  • too many people in the world
  • it's extremely expensive
  • I need quiet time
  • the thought of a parasite growing inside me and then crawling it's way out of me -- through my vagina, no less -- is truly disgusting
  • they might inherit my anxiety or other negative traits
  • I'd be the worst helicopter parent ever
  • if they felt the same way about themselves that I feel about myself, I'd be heartbroken
  • what if they hated me, were a serial killer/the next Hitler/stupid/racist, etc?
  • it's not like you can take them back and get a refund if you change your mind.
  • I'd want to homeschool them but I don't have the money to not work
  • it's terrifying to think that you might break up with a partner but then be attached to them for the rest of your life out of obligation because you've had a child together
  • what if I just didn't like them as a person?
  • what if I snapped one day and did something to them or just left them somewhere and then was on the news and my life was ruined?
