- beef meatballs (shop-bought)
- 1 red onion
- corn kernels
- cubed haloumi
- 2 Arbol chillis
- 3 tsp Tex Mex spice (heaped)
- 1 tsp minced garlic (heaped)
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 squirt of BBQ pizza sauce
- olive oil & vegetable oil

- taste: 4/5 ... delicious! Right amount of heat. Slightly smoky.
- texture: 2.5/5 .... too many chunky things.
- notes
- Chop up onion smaller. No corn.
- Add haloumi closer to the end as it had shrunken and was starting to go stringy.
- Try using half beef, half pork mince.
- If adding meatballs, make them smaller.
- also, marinate them beforehand. The flavour hadn't penetrated to the middle.
- If making them myself, add spice mixture to the balls, obviously.
