- raw tomato (cooked is fine)
- natto (I tried, I really did)
- oysters (must try again; haven't tried since I was a kid)
- cheese-flavoured chips, twisties, etc.
- pumpernickel bread (I could probably acquire the taste, though)
- strongly flavoured fish
- rollmops (betraying my heritage, there)
- fruits that are too tart (raspberries, grapefruit, etc.)
- rhubarb (eugh! I have bad memories from when I was a kid. I tried it again recently, and I still hated it. It's just not worth it to me to try to like it.)
Foods I didn't like when I was a kid, but do now:
- mushrooms
- pumpkin
- broad beans
- scallops
- caraway seeds/bread/cheese
- balsamic vinegar
- bubble n squeak
- peas (well, I'll tolerate them, anyway)
- pistachios
- they're actually really good when not smothered in salt
Foods I always liked even though every other kid seemed to hate them:
- brussels sprouts
- beetroot
