PHYSICAL ROOM
- Drink two bottles of water every day.
- Eat low GI and fresh foods as much as possible.
- Eat a mint whenever I have a chocolate craving.
- Practice Hara Hachi Bu (80% rule) when eating.
- Do movement activities every day:
- Walking every weekday.
- Stretching or yoga 3 days a week.
- Fun activities at weekend (Kinect; bellydance DVD, etc)
- Do Princess Time or another BLAP activity weekly.
MENTAL ROOM
- Be engaged at work.
- Read the weekly newspaper.
- Write at whatever time and in whatever format works for me.
- Stop using computer before dinner.
- Go to bed by 10pm work nights.
EMOTIONAL ROOM
- Always be kind to myself.
- Always be aware of negative thoughts.
- Don't jump to conclusions: remember that if something bad happens, it doesn't mean I'm a bad person.
- Work on “should”, “must” and similar. Rephrase.
- Work on “I can’t be bothered” and similar. Work on procrastination.
- Work on my Stucknesses
SPIRITUAL ROOM
- Work on art/journalling regularly.
- Do something from this list.
- Go on a Creative Play date monthly.
- Take time out to think about Stuff every week.
