- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. 
- Eat water-rich snacks such as cucumber, watermelon and berries. 
- Exfoliate regularly. This allows moisturisers to enter your skin more easily and effectively. 
- Use hydrating treatments, and layer them, such as a serum then a mask. Sodium hyaluronate and aloe vera are helpful ingredients. 
- Use a floral water spray throughout the day to keep hydration levels high.
