• Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  • Eat water-rich snacks such as cucumber, watermelon and berries.
  • Exfoliate regularly. This allows moisturisers to enter your skin more easily and effectively.
  • Use hydrating treatments, and layer them, such as a serum then a mask. Sodium hyaluronate and aloe vera are helpful ingredients.
  • Use a floral water spray throughout the day to keep hydration levels high.
