• practice - sketch or paint your ideas in a safe place until you're more comfortable with them, before transferring them to the canvas.
  • imagine the worst case scenario - then think of ways you would deal with it if it happened. Play around with it and become comfortable with the idea of tackling problems.
  • check in with your body - notice where you are feeling tension. Do some movement to counter it: go for a walk, dance, etc.
  • talk to someone - find someone reassuring to talk to and let yourself be vulnerable with them.
  • be spiritual - in whatever way works for you. Spend time in nature, connecting with deities, etc. Open yourself up to seeing things in a new way.
