  • Reassure them that they can be something great
  • Take them on road trips
  • Give them a day off from school
  • Play games and eat and talk together at night
  • Let them have a pet (no rats though)
  • Hug and kiss them everyday
  • Make them school lunches and write them notes to stick in
  • Rest with them when they are sick
  • Write poems and stories for them
  • Teach them it’s okay to be different
  • Stress the importance of acceptance
  • Tell them they are beautiful and perfect
  • Teach them new facts everyday
  • Not get mad at them over silly things
  • Never EVER hurt them
  • Not be strict, but concerned
  • Attend all of their school events
  • Encourage them to volunteer
  • Help them with their homework
  • Light sparklers at midnight on new years eve
  • Go on bike rides through old towns
  • Line rooms with bookshelves full of beautiful fairytales
  • Bake blueberry muffins for them
  • Collect acorns and pressed flowers with them

  • Brainwash the beatles into their little heads
  • Pick berries and pumpkins with them
  • Walk through the woods with them and swim in a lake in the summertime
