    • “dairy free” is not a trend for me, it’s just how i eat.
    • i don’t drink milk, i don’t use butter, i don’t consume milk powder, whey, casein & friends.
    • not because it’s “unhealthy”, not because it’s “unnatural”, but simply because i don’t want to. full stop.
    • the most annoying part of being dairy free is realizing that there was no real reason for it.
    • cookies? milk powder.
    • crackers? milk powder.
    • bread? milk powder.
    • why? nobody really knows.

⠀ ⠀ ⠀ so… what’s the reason for a dairy free section?

    • because almost everything can be made without dairy, without losing taste or texture.
    • because many “traditional” recipes work just fine with plant-based alternatives.
    • because i don’t want to adapt every single time — i want a ready list.

⠀ ⠀ ⠀ this section is:

    • for vegans
    • for lactose intolerant people
    • for anyone tired of reading “contains milk”
    • for people who don’t want to justify themselves while cooking

⠀ ⠀ ⠀ this section is not:

    • a nutrition lesson
    • an anti-dairy crusade
    • an invitation to change your diet
    • a judgment on other people’s choices
