- strength building
- vitamins (iron + c daily, d + zinc in winter, potentially add others)
- keep up with skin care
- floss regularly
- stretch regularly
- dabble in hobbies, try lots of new ones, pick up some old ones, do what feels good or interesting in the moment instead of trying to build a habit or create a side-hustle (and then end up hating the hobby as a result)
- less and less social media
- ✔ delete facebook
- avoid scrolling on instagram, just look at friends' stories
- continue hitting the block button on tumblr the moment i see stuff that i don't want to see, no matter how harmless
