pumpkin bundt cake

  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon clove
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ounces pumpkin

combine dry ingredients and spices. in a separate bowl, blend butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs and pumpkin until creamy. add flour mixture to pumpkin and bake in a bundt pan at 350° for an hour until the cake feels firm. let cool before releasing the cake from the pan.
