- build a routine to have order in my life but at 3am
- everytime I have a bad thought, for exemple "I should die today" or "I'm doing everything wrong" I defend myself as if I'm another person: "don't say this to her" "it's ok, if she does this today it's gonna be awesome!" "she's free to try things"
- i talk to myself in english and in french when i want to sort out my feelings. i never say anything in portuguese bc the words dont sound right
- listen to songs all day long thinking about alternative lifes i could be living
